RCGP Helpdesk Closure – Friday 9 December and Wednesday 14 December
The RCGP Helpdesk will be unavailable due to staff training between 14:00-17:00 on Friday 9 December and between 15:30-17:00 on Wednesday 14 December. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you.
Helpdesk training sessions changing in December
Starting from December, the regular staff training sessions for the Helpdesk will now take place on Wednesdays. The Helpdesk phone lines will be closed every Wednesday between 15:30-16:30 for brief training, starting from 7th December.

Trainees - have you waited 24 hours? If you are a GP trainee logging onto the ePortfolio for the first time, you MUST wait at least 24 hours after registration and payment in order to log on. If you still can't access your ePortfolio after this time, please contact our Membership team as they will be able to check your registration status. Please click here for their contact details.

2016 Curriculum Update
We review the GP curriculum each year to keep it current and to respond to user feedback. In early 2016 we submitted a number of minor changes to GMC for their approval. These were approved and implemented from February 2016 onwards. All trainees in GP specialty training programmes should follow the 2016 version of the curriculum. Revalidation ePortfolio - now 'read only'
The new enhanced revalidation system is now available at https://appraisals.clarity.co.uk, replacing the RCGP Revalidation ePortfolio tool. Please contact the Clarity helpdesk for user and registration support on 0845 113 7111.
The ReP is available as a ‘read-only’ system and can no longer be used to complete appraisals. To complete an appraisal summary you will need to login to the new system using the link above. ReP can be used to download and review previous information, but not to add new records or amend existing information
